1 · Acceptance of these terms

AirStrategic (the "Game") is an online two-player strategy game operated by Reuven Arbel ("we", "us"). By accessing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2 · License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game in your web browser for private, non-commercial entertainment. No other rights are granted. This license does not include any right to copy, download, republish, or reuse any part of the Game outside of normal play in the browser.

3 · Intellectual property

The Game and everything in it — the AirStrategic board game, its rules text, the board and piece artwork, the software source code, the tutorial text and animations, and the "AirStrategic" name — are the property of Reuven Arbel and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Reuven Arbel. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any part of the Game or its artwork;
• create derivative works based on the Game, its rules text, or its artwork;
• scrape, extract, or bulk-download any content, code, or assets;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or use the Game's code or rules engine in another product;
• use the "AirStrategic" name to market any other product or service.

4 · Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, or automated clients to play, or otherwise cheat;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the server or to other players' games;
• probe or bypass the Game's security or rate limits;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

5 · Privacy

The Game has no accounts and collects no personal information. Games exist only in server memory — a random game code, the moves played, and a per-tab session token — and are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell any data.

6 · Availability and warranty disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that games in progress will be preserved. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. The Game is free to play; our total liability for any claim relating to it shall not exceed the amount you paid to use it (zero).

8 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising from them or from the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

10 · Changes and contact
